> i myself cannot draw! I can provide contact to an artist if u would like a drawing on a scheme made by me though :)> I have the right to deny or reject a commission request given by the buyer in any of but not limited to these cases:- anything NSFW or suggestive. I know there are suggestive schemes provided on trading paints and such, but i do not wanna add to those.
- gore or visible horror. Game, movie or book titles are accepted, but besides maybe some stylized blood no horror will be displayed.
- (hard) drugs or illegal substances
- any kind of AI (even branding)
- no stolen OC's, i will gladly accept to make a scheme> Additionally, using my schemes or graphics to feed or train AI is prohibited and will result in blacklisting if found out> Payments are made via Ko-Fi, Paypal, or Bancontact pay for Belgian commissioners.
In the 2 latter cases i will send an invoice or payment request to the commissioner.> 100% Payment only gets sent after discussion and agreement from both parties. No payment plans, no refunds after full payment, except if i myself am unable to finish the commission.> IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT EVERY COMMISSION REQUEST NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED BEFORE ANY PAYMENT GETS MADE! You don't have to give credit! but PLEASE don't act like you made the scheme or graphic i made you. If i find out you did i will blacklist and keep the evidence.> Turnaround time (TOT) is 1-2 weeks max except if i get in bad (mental) health. (will be communicated)> Even though the tone in the TOS seems strict and restricting, i struggle with social anxiety and other mental struggles, i will always update you if i need more time for your commission.
